Our products have a shelf life of 24 months from the manufacturing date when stored properly. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 12 months for optimal effectiveness. Always store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Yes, our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before using any new product. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions.
Shipping & Delivery
We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 for all orders within Pakistan. For orders above Rs. 2000, shipping is free! We use reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) and 5-7 business days for other areas. You will receive a tracking number via SMS and email once your order is dispatched.
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations. Please subscribe to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Orders & Returns
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to track your order status in real-time.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, if the order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our customer support immediately if you need to cancel an order.
